Parents know their children best and make the final determination, but we recommend no one under 13 be subjected to the Nightmare! Anyone under 13 definitely has to be accompanied by a parent.
Carrying children through is not allowed (trust us, it’s not a good idea). No one under 7 is allowed.
Can I use my celphone or flashlight?
Where’s the fun in that?! No flashlights or cell phone lights. No photos or videos inside the Nightmare except in the line. There’s plenty of fun inside the SHADOW before you enter, so feel free to take all the photos and videos before you come inside. Once you go into the darkness, better keep your phone in your pocket. If you lose your phone (or glasses, or keys, or anything else) we cannot look for them until after sunrise. The Nightmare cannot be interrupted until the sun comes up.
Weather Policy
Nightmare on Main Street is open rain or shine. If we close for any reason, it will be on our website, on social media, and online ticket purchases will receive an email.
